The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across the department. This role helps keep projects moving, content polished and materials on brand while providing thoughtful coordination and support across campaigns, internal communications and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and energized by the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team. The position is full-time, with a hybrid in-office and work-from-home schedule. Our office is located in our corporate headquarters in the Addison/Farmers Branch area in DFW. OVERVIEW Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive member acquisition and elevate the member experience. This is a coordinator-level, individual contributor role focused on bringing ideas to life through strong organization, clear communication and dependable follow-through. RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in drafting, editing and proofreading marketing copy and collateral for campaigns, emails, push notifications, print materials and internal communications.
