Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years of experience in an event coordination, marketing coordination, or related role, Clear and proactive communication style, including timely project updates, attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset, Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines, Team-oriented, collaborative approach with a customer-service focus, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Candidates must be authorized to work in the U. What You'll Do.
support the execution of both client-facing and internal marketing programs focused on events
and culture-related activities
and execution across a range of high‑touch programs
Researching and evaluating event venues and vendors
Coordinating event logistics such as venues
Leveraging event technology tools
including Cvent registration websites and mobile event applications
Producing and managing event and program materials
including invitations
and related collateral
Supporting branded merchandise programs
and shipping of promotional items and event supplies
Coordinating and tracking internal and external gifting initiatives
including client-facing programs
Tracking and organizing event and gifting metrics
including post-event data
to support program optimization
