This role establishes the divisional benchmark for journey design and commercial excellence discipline, while scaling best practices across Business Units and the broader marketing and sales organization. As our **Marketing Conversion & CX Specialist**, you will define journey stages, diagnostics, and actionable strategies; oversee lead management and sales handoffs; and scale proven methodologies. You will lead the execution of key commercial marketing activations for the Energy Division and provide commercial guidance to divisional, business units, sales and marketing teams. You will take ownership of end-to-end customer journey and commercial marketing insights, drive lead growth and conversion, and enhance win rates. **Priority Areas & Responsibilities for this role include:** **1) Customer experience ** * Overall funnel strategy responsible, securing that marketing activities align with growth targets * Securing that our CX priorities are aligned with key customer insights * Content strategy, secure that content production aligns with funnel strategy * Prioritize fixes; assign accountable owners, timelines and drive improvement **
