8+ years marketing communications experience, 3+ years in semiconductor, EDA, IP licensing, or deep tech, Ability to write about technical topics, Track record managing integrated campaigns, Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, Familiarity with MS Office suite, Familiarity with Email campaign tools, Familiarity with AI-driven marketing skill sets, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills

Baya Systems is inspired by the baya bird, also known as the weaver. Baya birds weave very unique and intricate hanging nests from different materials. The nests are robust and safe while being extremely lightweight and efficient. Baya is a fast-moving Series B startup built by serial entrepreneurs with a vision to accelerate intelligent computing in the emerging chiplet era. We focus on software-driven, unified fabric solutions for single-die and multi-die systems. We design and license disruptive intellectual property for use in semiconductor chips, with software development platforms to simplify the design process and reduce the time to market for complex System-on-Chip (SoC) and multi-chiplet systems. This enables our partners to innovate and deliver compelling solutions for data center, infrastructure, AI, Automotive, and Edge IoT markets. Marketing Communications Manager Santa Clara, CA preferred, Austin, TX as well ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a driven and technically literate Marketing Communications Manager to drive and execute Baya's communications strategy across channels. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, and brand — ideal for someone who understands the language of engineers and can translate complex semiconductor and chiplet concepts into compelling narratives for multiple audiences. You will own the messaging, content, and campaign execution that fuels our pipeline, builds category credibility, and accelerates design wins. You will work closely with Product, Applications Engineering, and Sales to produce materials that matter at every stage of the customer journey — from early ecosystem awareness through to licensing and silicon ramp.
