What They're Looking For.
Must Have
high level of initiative, sharp eye for detail, genuine desire to learn and develop, clear communicator, takes pride in follow-through, thrives in a process-driven team, available to work from our Calgary office for at least four days per week (Monday to Thursday), fluency in Canva, hands-on experience managing social media platforms and engaging audiences, experienced with Office 365
Nice to Have
background in communications or marketing is a definite plus, used Monday.com, used Slack, used Microsoft D365, Fluency in French or Spanish is an asset
What You'll Do.
Support Operational Coordination
Update and maintain timelines within our project management platforms
Help consolidate weekly updates for leadership
proactively check in with team members for status inputs
Assist in scheduling project meetings and capturing clear
actionable notes for the team
Own the day-to-day scheduling and monitoring of social media channels
Help plan and develop social content that aligns with our brand guidelines and content calendar
Assist in the rollout of marketing initiatives
Produce and present a monthly Social Media Performance Report with actionable insights for the team
Assist in gathering performance data across email
and social platforms for monthly reports
Perform detail-oriented reviews of emails
and social posts to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with our Content Strategist to support the production of materials for email, web, and social media.; proactively check in with team members for status inputs.; Assist in scheduling project meetings and capturing clear, actionable notes for the team.; Own the day-to-day scheduling and monitoring of social media channels under the guidance of the Content Strategist.; Help plan and develop social content that aligns with our brand guidelines and content calendar.; Assist in the rollout of marketing initiatives, helping to identify and flag potential delays early to keep projects on track.; Produce and present a monthly Social Media Performance Report with actionable insights for the team.
