What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or customer-facing roles, Proven experience delivering customer presentations and strategic engagements, ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment, Experience engaging stakeholders from administrators to senior leadership, Fluent in English and German or Italian - mandatory, business acumen and customer-centric mindset, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Consultative selling and problem-solving abilities, Technical aptitude with the ability to learn Salesforce technologies quickly, Comfortable working in evolving and dynamic environments

Nice to Have

Salesforce Certifications (Marketing Cloud Admin, Email Specialist, Salesforce Admin), Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms, Knowledge of onboarding, implementation, or project management principles, Data literacy and ability to interpret reports and insights

Partner with new customers post-sale

Lead early customer engagements

Ensure customers are prepared for adoption

Serve as subject-matter expert

Act as first post-sale point of contact

Deliver confident and welcoming customer experience

Lead virtual 1:1 and group onboarding sessions

Apply consultative approach to understand customer goals

Create tailored Success Paths

Provide strategic recommendations

Build relationships with customers

Contribute to onboarding best practices
