Maintain a disciplined outreach cadence

Remove all admin and coordination load from the President

Ask directly why deals are lost or stalled and document factors
Build and maintain a structured outreach tracker
Execute follow-ups without being reminded

### Role Title **Marketing & Business Development Operator (Engineering and Construction Focus) **We are looking for Virtual Professionals based in the Philippines. This is a fully remote position for the role of Marketing & Business Development Operator (Engineering and Construction Focus) Applications with an introduction video attached will be prioritized. Due to the fully remote nature of this role, it is important that candidates are comfortable communicating on video calls. ### Role Summary This role exists to rebuild and run a consistent business development engine for a 38-year-old MEP engineering firm that has historically relied on referrals. You will step in where there is currently **no structured outreach, no consistent follow-up, and no centralized tracking**. Your job is to: * Reopen dormant relationships with architects and developers * Initiate new conversations with relevant firms * Maintain a disciplined outreach cadence * Capture real market feedback * Remove all admin and coordination load from the President You will operate directly with the firm’s President and will be expected to **think, decide, and execute without daily direction**. **This role is not for candidates who need scripts, constant supervision, or pre-built systems.** ### Core Responsibilities ### Business Development Execution (Primary Function) * When a list of past proposals or contacts is available, you **review history, extract context, and initiate outreach with relevance (not generic messaging)** * When outreach is due (monthly cadence or triggered by opportunity), you **initiate calls via RingCentral and follow up via email when needed** * When speaking to architects or developers, you **adapt the conversation in real-time—no rigid scripts** * When a contact shows interest, you **move immediately to secure a meeting, call, or in-person lunch for the President** * When outreach is completed, you **log outcomes, next steps, and key relationship insights in the tracker** * W
