We are looking for a Marketing Business Analyst, who will work at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, the space where most company growth happens. 2026 is set to be our biggest year yet as we join forces with Veeam, the global leader in data protection. This role offers high visibility, real ownership, and the opportunity to drive excellence in marketing operations. You’ll partner closely with Growth Marketing (PPC, Events, SEO, Email Automation), Partner Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales, and Channel teams across our remote-first organization. Your work will range from optimizing Salesforce usage to refining lead scoring models through deep, data-driven analysis. You’re a strong analytical thinker and clear communicator who understands the marketing ecosystem and collaborates effectively with stakeholders to turn insights into action. You bring proven experience working with marketing leaders and translating data into meaningful business outcomes. You understand the marketer’s world, but you live in analysis and insights. What You’ll Do Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact. We have some PowerBI dashboards and we want someone who can take us to new levels of insight using the platform. Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing
