Must Have
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Business Development Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within a high-growth SaaS organization, experience supporting marketing campaigns, demand generation, and pipeline development functions, Advanced expertise with Salesforce CRM, reporting, and process optimization, Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e. g. , Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights, Proven ability to drive process improvements, automation, and adoption across GTM teams, Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
What You'll Do.
Own and optimize lead lifecycle management
Track and improve campaign performance
Develop and maintain dashboards
Identify gaps in funnel performance
Support BDR/SDR teams
Optimize lead routing
Partner with BD leadership
Drive consistency in outbound motion reporting
Own CRM and marketing automation data governance
Manage and optimize integrations
Build scalable reporting frameworks
Leverage AI and automation
Deliver actionable insights
Build executive-level dashboards
Translate data into recommendations
