What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years experience with marketing automation platforms, Hands-on experience with workflow creation, Hands-on experience with lead scoring, Hands-on experience with email campaigns, Excel / Google Sheets skills, Understanding of email compliance and data privacy, Ability to work remotely during U. S. business hours

Nice to Have

Certifications in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, Experience with multi-touch attribution, Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing, Experience with integrations (Zapier, APIs)

Design and implement lead scoring models

Test and troubleshoot workflow logic

Ensure email templates are responsive

Ensure email templates are on-brand

Ensure email templates are conversion-focused

Sync automation platforms with CRM

Ensure accurate lead routing

Ensure fast lead handoffs

Maintain clean and organized databases

Remove duplicates and inactive contacts

Segment audiences by persona

Segment audiences by industry

Segment audiences by behavior

Segment audiences by lifecycle stage

Ensure compliance with GDPR

Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM

Ensure compliance with CCPA

Track and analyze open rates

Track and analyze CTR
