2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, Hands-on experience building workflows, Hands-on experience building lead scoring models, Hands-on experience building email campaigns, Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, Understanding of email compliance and data privacy regulations, Analytical skills, Organizational skills, Problem-solving skills, Comfortable working remote during U. S. business hours
Nice to Have
Certifications in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, Experience with multi-touch attribution models, Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B services, Experience integrating tools using APIs or Zapier

Ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales

Implement and refine lead scoring models
Test workflows to ensure accurate triggers
and deploy campaigns using marketing automation platforms
Run A/B tests on subject lines
Ensure emails are responsive
Integrate automation platforms with CRMs
Ensure proper lead routing and handoff to sales teams
Track campaign attribution from engagement to revenue

Segment audiences by persona
Ensure compliance with GDPR
Monitor campaign performance
Build dashboards in marketing automation platforms or BI tools
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Stay updated on automation tools and best practices
