We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team in Montreal. In this role, you’ll be at the center of delivering scalable, data-driven customer communications across the full lifecycle using Salesforce Marketing Cloud as our core marketing automation platform. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you’ll combine technical expertise, campaign execution, and strategic thinking to help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention globally. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketers, operations, and leadership to build and optimize impactful customer journeys across email, in-app messaging, and automation programs. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Build, launch, manage, and optimize email and in-app campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Develop and maintain automated customer journeys, triggers, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle campaigns - Partner closely with Marketing Automation Specialists, team leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business and regional marketing goals - Own end-to-end campaign execution, including QA, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization - Support strategic customer lifecycle initiatives, including batch sends, transactional messaging, triggered communications, and nurture journeys - Leverage advanced marketing automation capabilities such as AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, dynamic content, and advanced audience segmentation - Analyze campaign and engagement performance to generate insights and continuously improve results - Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and long-term automation strategies - Manage and prioritize projects through JIRA while ensuring timely delivery across multiple initiatives - Ensure marketing database health
