What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience working with APIs, system integrations, workflow automation, Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Notion, or similar platforms, Experience building dashboards and reporting workflows using Looker Studio or other BI/data visualization tools, understanding of data flows, data organization, marketing or operational reporting, Experience designing practical solutions for automating repetitive workflows and reducing manual processes, Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and translate business needs into workable systems, Good English communication skills, Availability to work within EST or CST-friendly hours
Nice to Have
Experience in marketing operations, martech, agency environments, growth systems, Based in Mexico City

Build and manage integrations across platforms
Design and maintain automated workflows
Consolidate data from different sources
Structure data for reporting
Create and improve dashboards
Develop internal scoring systems
Reduce manual work and operational friction
Support creation of tools and workflows
Recommend scalable technical solutions
Work closely with Growth Marketing and Client Services teams

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Growth Marketing and Client Services teams to support campaign execution and client delivery; Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Communication Scope
Good English communication skills for internal collaboration and occasional client-related support
