You will deliver GrabKios marketing campaigns, marketing offline activity, branding and sponsorship then monitoring its efficiency. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure good Grab presence in nationwide-level and competitor analysis. Reporting to the Manager, you will work onsite in our Jakarta Head Office The Critical Tasks You Will Perform * Own end-to-end GTM planning, execution, and budget management for strategic (non-BAU) campaigns for digital goods * Define campaign strategy, mechanics, messaging, positioning, and experimentation roadmap * Partner closely with Business Owners to align on objectives, priorities, success metrics, and translate them into GTM direction * Lead campaign kick-offs and manage cross-functional alignment across Creative, Social, CRM, Ops, and other stakeholders * Oversee execution quality, timelines, dependencies, and resolve cross-team blockers or strategic risks * Evaluate, analyze, and report campaign performance and insights ## Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need * Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major * At least 2 years of experience in field such as Marketing/ Communications * Experien
