Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business. Maintain consistent publishing calendars and monitor social media performance to ensure strong digital presence. Develop and edit visual and written content for listings, campaigns, and promotional materials. Manage and update CRM data (e.g., Follow Up Boss) to ensure accurate lead tracking and pipeline organization. Support email marketing and digital advertising campaigns, including design, scheduling, and performance tracking. Implement automation and workflow improvements using AI-based tools such as n8n and Make. Track marketing metrics, analyze performance, and deliver regular insights and reports. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with brand voice, strategy, and business goals. Identify opportunities to improve engagement, lead generation, and marketing efficiency. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation, preferably in real estate or related industries. Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and performance analytics. Experience using CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss or similar platforms. Familiarity with AI tools for automation, content creation, or workflow optimization. Strong copywriting skills and basic design abilities for social media and campaign assets. Experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Business, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Studio. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment. Creative and analytical thinking with a focus on measurable results.
