Must Have

Experience using social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or X, Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows, Basic understanding of content marketing and audience growth, organizational and multitasking skills, Experience working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, written English communication skills, Ability to work independently in a remote environment, Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Nice to Have

Experience supporting creators, founders, or personal brands, Familiarity with online communities or membership platforms such as Kajabi, Experience supporting e-commerce or online selling businesses, Familiarity with TikTok Live, Whatnot, or livestream commerce platforms, Experience documenting SOPs and operational workflows, Exposure to customer support or community engagement environments

Support community growth initiatives

Assist with scheduling livestream sessions

Maintain organized livestream schedules

Support livestream logistics

Coordinate podcast scheduling
