****Job Description:**** _Duties and Responsibilities:_ Offers & Sales * Assist in preparing basic documentation for sales campaigns. * Support the preparation and review of bids and tenders. * Monitor helicopter sales warranties and training credits. * Aid in the helicopter delivery and acceptance processes. * Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers and prospects. * Perform additional tasks as required by the department. Marketing & Communications * Analysis of helicopter fleet in the Philippines * Research prospects and leads * In coordination with the region, develop new marketing tools and materials * Develop and conduct exhaustive market research analysis (EMS, O&G and Mining) * Take lead in organizing company events * Gather and monitor customer fleet evolution * Analysis of competitors Customer relation * Take lead in organizing customer visits at the facility.
