What You'll Do.
Build and customize member marketing communications for AdminAdvantage clients
supporting: New client implementations
Annual enrolment and re-enrolment campaigns
Develop and customize member-facing communications
including: Emails and letters for members on leave
Apology and service recovery communications
Client-specific and member-friendly FAQs
Deploy templated email communications
and alignment with brand and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate translations in 200+ languages
working with internal and external partners to support diverse member populations.
Perform quality checks to ensure all communications are accurate
and client-approved prior to distribution.
and support documentation to ensure communications are delivered on schedule.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline communication templates and processes.

You’ll support the creation, customization, and execution of member marketing communications for AdminAdvantage clients, ensuring members receive accurate, timely, and easy-to-understand information.
