## ## **Job Description** **** We’re looking for a commercially driven **Marketing & E-Commerce Manager** to lead our Australia and New Zealand business. This is a pivotal role responsible for delivering revenue growth, elevating the customer experience, and building a high-performing marketing function that consistently exceeds expectations. Reporting to the Commercial Director AU/NZ, this **full time** role owns the e-commerce performance across AU/NZ, ensures revenue targets are achieved while strengthening brand presence and customer engagement. This role is based at our Head Office in **Tullamarine, Victoria.** **Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** * Own digital channel performance to deliver revenue, conversion and AOV targets, and optimise the website experience * Act as the key liaison with Global HQ, providing market insights to guide strategy, demand planning, and investment decisions. * Manage the marketing P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and adjusting spend based on performance and market conditions. * Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to inform local and global stakeholders. * Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, driving brand growth through local campaigns across key channels. * Lead product launches and lifecycle management, including pricing, promotion, and merchandising. * Ensure all marketing activity complies with AU/NZ regulations and brand guidelines. * Manage strategic partnerships and agency relationships to deliver strong commercial outcomes. * Lead and develop the marketing team while collaborating cross-functionally with key business stakeholders. **To be considered, you should possess:** * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field * A minimum of five (5) years’ marketing / e-commerce experience * A minimum of two (2) years' management experience * Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the car rental or related industry * Proficient in marke
