What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related field, Deep familiarity with marketing data infrastructure: tagging taxonomies, UTM frameworks, tracking implementation, and data hygiene best practices, Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, as well as data integration or ETL tools, Working proficiency with SQL, project management and documentation skills, Demonstrated ability to influence standards and behaviour across teams without direct authority, Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
Nice to Have
Experience working in a global marketing organisation with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones, Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Domo, Looker) and how reporting layers connect to underlying data infrastructure, Background in campaign operations or a role that required close collaboration between marketing and data/engineering teams, Experience with change management — rolling out new standards, tooling, or processes across a large marketing org, data querying experience with automation or workflow tooling is a plus
