What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights, business analytics, or a related field, Analytical and statistical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations, Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms, Familiarity with survey and research platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey, Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required, MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, Experience working in a customer-focused, service-based, or subscription-driven business environment

Assisting teams in developing measurement plans for campaigns
and testing strategies
Analyzing results from creative tests
landing page experiments
and campaign optimizations
Developing and maintaining dashboards
and recurring KPI reporting related to acquisition
and campaign performance
Supporting customer segmentation
and customer journey insights initiatives
Coordinating with external vendors and research partners on qualitative and quantitative research initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering closely with Brand, Product, Website, CRM, and Media teams; Working effectively across cross-functional teams; Supporting strategic discussions with marketing and business stakeholders; Partner with Brand, Media, Website, and CRM teams to support structured testing plans and performance analysis
Communication Scope
Communication and presentation skills with confidence presenting findings and recommendations to leadership teams; Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
Process & Methodology
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
