What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, marketing, statistics, information systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience), 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics roles, Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, and data transformation, experience building dashboards in Microsoft Power BI, Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling), Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into clear, functional, and visually compelling reports, understanding of business metrics and performance measurement frameworks, Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders, Experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e. g. , generative AI, analytics copilots, automation tools) to improve reporting efficiency, accelerate analysis, or enhance data workflows, Demonstrated ability to evaluate and responsibly integrate emerging AI tools to streamline data preparation, insight generation, or dashboard development

With nine campuses across California and Nevada, Unitek offers programs such as Vocational/Practical Nursing, LVN-to-BSN and BSN pathways, Medical Assisting, and Medical Office Administration. This individual will be responsible for executing advanced marketing analysis, building and maintaining reporting infrastructure, and delivering reliable performance insights across the marketing funnel.
