This individual will be responsible for executing advanced marketing analysis, building and maintaining reporting infrastructure, and delivering reliable performance insights across the marketing funnel. While familiarity with marketing operations is helpful, this role is primarily focused on analytics, reporting, and data visualization. * Design, build, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into full-funnel marketing performance * Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources * Translate large, complex datasets into intuitive, business-ready reporting solutions * Standardize reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across teams * Reduce ad-hoc reporting needs by developing durable, self-service dashboards * Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing channel performance, lead generation, conversion metrics, and ROI * Identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities * Develop actionable insights that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing lifecycle * Partner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks * Ensure integrity and accuracy of reporting data across systems * Collaborate with marketing and CRM stakeholders to improve data structure and tracking * Contribute to improvements in data governance and reporting strategy * Present findings in a clear, concise, and acti
