## _Job Description_ As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data‑driven decision‑making and bringing marketing plans to life. You will sit at the center of important business decisions, contributing insights that inform strategy, execution, and performance across initiatives. In this role, you will support cross‑functional teams through consumption analysis, consumer insight generation, concept ideation support, and execution tracking. You will work closely with partners across Marketing, Insights, Sales, Finance, R&D, and external agencies to help translate analysis into clear actions that drive growth and improve performance. ## What you’ll do * Analyze consumption, retail sales, market share, and competitive performance using syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana) * Perform detailed analysis on large datasets to generate insights and develop clear, actionable recommendations for cross‑functional teams * Support marketing and commercialization efforts by coordinating cross‑functional inputs and tracking execution timelines * Assist with packaging and graphics review processes, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies as needed * Develop and maintain relationships with cross‑functional teams including Procurement, R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, and agency partners * Support performance reporting and dashboarding to enable timely and accurate decision‑making * Manage and support marketing activations, including in‑store programs and digital or social initiatives * Provide analytical and administrative support to Sales and other partners on customer‑related requests * Help identify and monitor relevant regulatory, industry, and competitive trends ## What we’re looking for * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * 1–2 years of relevant experience; prior brand marketing or marketing analytics experience preferred * Experience working with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen, IRI, or
