Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments, Experience managing and updating websites (WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms), understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising, Experience developing or managing eCommerce platforms, Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have
Experience in industrial equipment, pumps, HVAC, or engineered systems, Familiarity with CAD-based or technical product environments, Basic graphic design or video editing capabilities

Position Summary The Marketing & Advertising Manager will lead the development and execution of all marketing, branding, and digital initiatives for Fluid Cooling Systems and Velocity Pump & Controls. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, strengthening brand presence, supporting sales growth, and managing digital platforms—including website updates and eCommerce development. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, particularly in industrial and B2B markets.
