Works productively with minimal achieves targets set by Sr. Sales, achieves work objectives in a timely manner, professional attire required, Frequent continuous period of time sitting or standing up to 6 hours, frequently climbing stairs to access buildings, carrying training materials and equipment, manual dexterity for computer and phone usage, May work beyond standard hours or schedule, Must have a reliable personal vehicle, pay for gas + all car-related costs for local travel, Frequently driving around the Lower Mainland, Some overnight travel required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least two (2) year experience developing and conducting sales trainings, At least two (2) year consumer sales experience in the funeral industry or similar industry, Knowledge of adult training concepts and practices to effectively impart knowledge or skills, Prior experience evaluating skill level and effectively coaching and providing constructive feedback, Prior experience facilitating training in a classroom setting, Must have a positive attitude, a drive to continually advance your understanding of the industry and business, highly self-motivated, Must have a reliable personal vehicle
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or related discipline

Deliver sales training curriculum
Administer and evaluate tests
Observe student sales skills
Provide constructive feedback
Evaluate and document student performance
Identify unsuccessful students
Deliver training using company programs
Collaborate with management
Develop sales curriculum and materials
Enhance and improve curriculum
Network with training colleagues
Update training in lead management system
Coordinate recruitment functions
Source qualified candidates
