What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Some years of experience (or internships) in trading, markets operations, or financial services, Master’s degree in Finance or a related field, Ownership mindset, driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, Highly structured and analytical, with the ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectively, Good level of understanding of trading, the end-to-end (front-to-back) lifecycle, and markets operations, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across Trading, Product, Engineering, and Compliance
