Must Have
Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales required, High school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement, Prior experience managing distribution relationships at a high level, Must be willing to travel within the multi-state region approximately 50% of the time, including overnight travel, Must reside in mainland BC, preferably in the region of Vancouver
Nice to Have
University degree preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage distributor relationships
Coordinate and lead sales training activities
Develop new distributor relationships
Executive level relationship management
Track and report on distributor performance
Develop and grow new distributor accounts
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the national Key Account Distribution team; Work with and support the Territory Sales Managers within the region; Ensure alignment between the Diversey field sales teams and the sales teams of the key distributors
