Must Have

5+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support, Ability to speak fluently in English and German, Based in Berlin, Willing to regularly travel internationally

Nice to Have

2+ years of tech/travel industry experience, Salesforce experience, Being an Airbnb host

Manage and expand partner relationships

Surpass quarterly sales targets

Conduct optimization calls

Develop strong partnerships

Provide timely service to hosts

Manage and optimize long tail of Hotels

Prospect and onboard new supply

Educate clients on product updates

Cascade feedback to stakeholders

Leverage data for growth opportunities

Develop and implement engagement projects

Acquire local market knowledge

Represent Airbnb externally

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax and customer support

Communication Scope

Excellent communication and presentation skills; Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person
