What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years experience quality, safety, security, compliance, or operations, University or HBO work and thinking level, Experience in logistics, industrial, or fast-growing operational environment, Strong knowledge of quality standards, including ISO 9001, Expertise in safety systems, risk analysis, and loss prevention, Experience with audit processes, KPI management, and data-driven improvement, Strong communication skills, Ability to connect different departments, Leadership experience or demonstrable experience managing/coaching teams, Fluent Dutch language proficiency is a strong plus
Nice to Have
Knowledge of ISO 45001, occupational health, safety, and business continuity is a strong plus, Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement, Experience with integrated management system, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001
What You'll Do.
Lead quality and safety function at market level
Manage operational risks
Reduce package and asset loss
Ensure locations comply with quality
Translate group policy into concrete processes
Develop and implement quality strategy for InPost Netherlands
Monitor and report relevant KPIs
Identify operational improvement opportunities
Coordinate and execute internal audit plans
Strengthen and secure integrated management system
Support and improve business continuity plan
and monitor safety policy
Perform risk analyses
Lead programs for package loss reduction
Monitor access control
and direct internal quality and safety
Collaborate with enforcement agencies and external partners
and improvement actions
Support operational teams in implementing quality and safety
