What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years experience quality, safety, security, compliance, or operations, University or HBO work and thinking level, Experience in logistics, industrial, or fast-growing operational environment, Strong knowledge of quality standards, including ISO 9001, Expertise in safety systems, risk analysis, and loss prevention, Experience with audit processes, KPI management, and data-driven improvement, Strong communication skills, Ability to connect different departments, Leadership experience or demonstrable experience managing/coaching teams, Fluent Dutch language proficiency is a strong plus
Nice to Have
Knowledge of ISO 45001, occupational health, safety, and business continuity is a strong plus, Experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement, Experience with integrated management system, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001

WIE ZIJN WIJ InPost is Europa's grootste out-of-home (OOH) bezorgnetwerk, met meer dan 60.000 Lockers in Polen, Frankrijk, het VK, Italië, Spanje en een snel groeiend netwerk in Nederland. Wij veranderen hoe e-commerce bezorging werkt: geen gemiste bezorgpogingen meer, geen thuisblijven, gewoon ophalen wanneer het jou uitkomt en hogere conversie voor onze klanten door meer tevreden consumenten. In Nederland zijn we in volle versnelling: we bouwen ons lockernetwerk uit en willen hard groeien in parcelvolume. Daarvoor hebben we iemand nodig die nieuwe merchants binnenbrengt. Jij bent de motor achter die groei. WAT GA JE DOEN Als Market Kwaliteits- & Veiligheidsmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en verder ontwikkelen van de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsfunctie op marktniveau. Je zorgt ervoor dat operationele risico’s worden beheerst, pakket- en vermogensverlies wordt teruggedrongen en dat alle locaties werken volgens de geldende kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en compliance-eisen. Je vertaalt het groepsbeleid van InPost naar concrete processen, audits, verbeterplannen en meetbare resultaten voor de Nederlandse markt. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Operations, Transport, HR, Compliance, Europese collega’s en externe instanties. Je geeft leiding aan regionale kwaliteits- en veiligheidsteams en speelt een belangrijke rol in het bouwen aan een cultuur waarin kwaliteit, veiligheid en continu verbeteren vanzelfsprekend zijn. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden In deze rol ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: * Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een kwaliteitsstrategie voor InPost Nederland, in lijn met het groepsbeleid. * Het opstellen, monitoren en rapporteren van relevante KPI’s, waaronder OTIF, klanttevredenheid, incidenten en operationele afwijkingen. * Het identificeren van verbetermogelijkheden binnen de operatie en het vertalen daarvan naar concrete verbeterplannen. * Het coördineren en uitvoeren van interne auditplannen op kwaliteit, veiligheid en compliance. * H
