**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Conduct structured analysis of markets, customers, and product portfolios to support strategic decision-making; * Monitor and evaluate market trends, identifying potential impacts and opportunities for the business; * Assess new product ideas, including the development of business cases for selected concepts; * Prepare clear and insightful management reports on market developments and the competitive landscape; * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of product launches; * Contribute to the development and publication of market intelligence newsletters; * Support the development of market intelligence dashboards. # Qualifications: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; * At least 5 years of relevant professional experience; * Strong technical understanding, supported by relevant work experience; * Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage; * Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP C4C is a plus; * Open-minded team player with strong communication skills; * Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret and work with data. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
