Must Have

## **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Primary Job Function** The ANI Market Insights Director – Pacific Asia is responsible for leading the development and execution of market intelligence, insights, and analytics strategies to support business growth across the Pacific Asia region. This role drives data-informed decision-making by translating complex market, customer, and competitive data into actionable insights that inform strategic priorities, portfolio decisions, and commercial excellence initiatives. The MI Director partners closely with regional leadership, marketing, sales, and global teams to strengthen market positioning and identify growth opportunities. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Market Intelligence & Insights Strategy** * Develop and implement a comprehensive regional market insights strategy aligned with business objectives. * Lead the collection, synthesis, and interpretation of market, customer, and competitor data across Pacific Asia markets. * Identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and risks to support proactive decision-making. **2\. Business Partnering** * Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Strategy). * Translate insights into clear recommendations that influence commercial strategy and execution. * Support portfolio planning, product launches, and lifecycle management with robust data and analytics. **3\.
