As part of the Southern Region Commercial team, you will collaborate with other departments and work together to achieve shared goals. We are looking for a growth expert who can lead a team and work cross-departmentally to drive successful outcomes. Get to Know the Role * Take full ownership of identifying, refining, and implementing business growth programs, working with growth teams to improve performance, refine operations, and lead regional expansion, while using market insights and data-driven strategies to achieve sustainable and impactful growth. * You will report into the Head of Market Expansion & Partnership and be based in Sabah or Sarawak, working onsite. The day-to-day activities: * Acquisition Strategy: You will develop and implement tailored strategies for managing the acquisition of non-managed merchant segments in the Johor region. * Channel development: You will explore and establish new channels to acquire and manage new merchants within the Johor region. * Pipeline Management: You will oversee the merchant acquisition pipeline and ensure development aligns with the regional strategic goals. * Leading: You will lead the sales team, focusing on designing incentive structures and overseeing payout processes. * Be Ahead of the curve: You will stay informed about the industry situation along with competitor activity as part of feedback and learning. * Budget Manageme
