Market Distribution Planner – Project Lead EMEA (12-month contract) Based in Stockley Park, Uxbridge, West London, UK Hybrid working: three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with flexibility to work from home on Monday and Friday. If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, leading change, and improving how teams work across markets, this could be a great next step. As Market Distribution Planner – Project Lead, you will lead regional projects and processes that help improve inventory visibility, reporting, governance, and ways of working across EMEA. This is a role for someone who can spot gaps, simplify inconsistent local practices, and turn them into scalable regional routines. You will help create more consistency, better data visibility, and stronger execution across the Europe MDP organisation, while local teams remain accountable for day-to-day delivery. You will work closely with the MDP Manager and partner with Supply Chain Analytics, Demand Planning, Supply, Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams to design, launch, and embed practical cross-functional solutions. What you’ll be responsible for Own and improve key regional MDP processes, which may include inventory projections, inventory policy visibility, excess and closeout governance, channel controls, and launch-readiness standards. Create and maintain the templates, reporting cadence, controls, KPI logic, and documentation needed to support consistent adoption across markets.
