Must Have
1 year of experience in outbound sales, Strong commercial aptitude and negotiation skills, Good knowledge of CRM and outbound tools, Excellent knowledge of Italian and English

What You'll Do.
Generating qualified leads through high-volume outbound activities like cold calling and email outreach
Developing new business opportunities by contacting HR
and company stakeholders to present Satispay as a reference welfare solution
Supporting the Business Development team by building a solid pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects
Using CRM and prospecting tools to monitor activities
and commercial performance
Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed lead generation targets and contribute to the growth of the Welfare business line

Cosa farai con noi Come Market Development Partner – Welfare, avrai un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo e nella crescita della linea Welfare all’interno del segmento Large Enterprise (aziende fino a 350 dipendenti). Entrerai a far parte di un contesto dinamico e collaborativo, in cui il tuo contributo sarà fondamentale per supportare l’espansione del business. Nel concreto ti occuperai di: - Generare lead qualificate - attraverso attività outbound ad alto volume, come cold calling ed email outreach. - Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business - entrando in contatto con HR, decision maker e stakeholder aziendali per presentare Satispay come soluzione welfare di riferimento. - Supportare il team Business Development - costruendo una pipeline solida di prospect mid-market ed enterprise. - Utilizzare strumenti CRM e di prospecting - come Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator e Lusha per monitorare attività, pipeline e performance commerciali. - Collaborare a stretto contatto con il team commerciale - per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di lead generation e contribuire alla crescita della business line Welfare.
