Must Have
Proven track record of working with large, disparate, or "messy" datasets - ideally within shipping, commodity trading, or supply chain analytics, Proven proficiency in querying and managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or similar), Solid experience using Python to automate workflows, Hands-on experience using REST APIs to ingest and process data feeds, High level of competency in MS Excel for complex commercial analysis, Experience or a genuine curiosity about metals, minerals, and global supply chains, Looking for a role where you can mentor others
Nice to Have
Experience with seaborne commodity data (AIS tracking or port logs), Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar
What You'll Do.
Take charge of specific regions and product groups
ensuring the highest standard of data quality by reviewing internal constraints

Identify and implement technology and process improvements – including contributions to SQL queries
and pipeline tooling – to increase the efficiency and accuracy of our seaborne flow data.
