Within Services, the Business & Market Insights (BMI) organization builds and commercializes analytics, experimentation, and decisioning products across financial and non-financial industries. We are driving the next evolution of Advanced Analytics by scaling insight-led decision making across our business. This role within Strategy & Operations will play a core role in supporting a unified view of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer needs to shape strategy and accelerate growth. The Market & Customer Intelligence Manager will partner closely with Product, GTM, Engineering, and Leadership teams to ensure that market signals, customer insights, and competitive intelligence are systematically translated into clear actions that inform product roadmaps, investment priorities, and commercial strategy. Role Design and support a structured Voice of Customer (VoC) program, integrating input from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, and synthesizing insights into clear, actionable themes.
