What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 + years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or Customer Experience within complex Business-to-Business environments, Strong knowledge of Customer Experience management platforms (such as Qualtrics), Customer Relationship Management data analysis (such as Salesforce), and the use of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models to accelerate research synthesis, Proven ability in basic statistical analysis methods and the interpretation of financial data to assess competitor health and visualize market trends, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field

Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) or Product Marketing Alliance (PMA) certifications
