About the Sales Development Representative role... The Sales Development Representative role is responsible for selling SiteMinder’s products to customers and completing business development activities in an effort to acquire new customers. This is a junior or entry-level role that gives you the opportunity to launch your career in the fast-growing hospitality technology sales space. What you’ll do… - Customer acquisition – Provide information in order to educate and inform new prospects about SiteMinder’s products and services. - Client contact – Source opportunities via outbound and inbound cold calling activities. - Handling all incoming product inquiries, referrals and leads in a timely and effective manner. - Maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts. - Sales target attainment – Consistently achieve sales KPIs and targets,
