Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical, Knowledge of the evolving healthcare environment, Knowledge of health policy, Proven experience in Market Access within pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, Well understanding/knowledge HC system, track record of stakeholder engagement with policy makers, track record of stakeholder engagement with health authorities, track record of stakeholder engagement with payors, Deep understanding of HTA, Deep understanding of reimbursement systems, Deep understanding of healthcare policy landscape, Demonstrated ability to build valuable customer relationships, Demonstrated ability to effectively execute project management, Demonstrated ability to leverage cross-functional partnerships that are aligned with business goals, strategic thinking, negotiation, communication skills, Good digital practice/mindset enough to engage customers to be familiar and act on digital platform, Cross functional collaborative experience, Good communication in written and spoken and listened English skills, Good communication especially in Medical English, Computer literates include manipulating Excel spreadsheets, Computer literates include manipulating PowerPoint, Computer literates include manipulating Word, negotiation and influencing skills with both internal and external customers, Digital implemetation skills

**ROLE SUMMARY** Lead the development and execution of market access strategies to ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for assigned portfolio. Drive value-based access solutions and shape a favorable policy environment through strong engagement with policy makers, payors, and key healthcare stakeholders. Lead access strategies for inclusion in the National Immunization Program (NIP) and expand uptake in the private market, ensuring sustainable and broad population access to innovative vaccines. **ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and implement pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies across portfolio * Identify and influence healthcare policy opportunities to improve access to innovative medicines, vaccines. * Establishes professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand payers’/HC/Patients unmet needs and coordinate commercial, medical & access long-term business objectives to maximize access * Enhance professional relationship/partnership between companies and all key stakeholders/HAs/KDMs/Patient Groups * Align/collaborate with Access, NPL, Medical, Launch Team to achieve market access goals * Develop and operationalize the approved access plan or healthcare initiatives for provision of general information in assigned disease area in both government and private sectors * Engage stakeholders e.g., State Health Directors, Payors, Institutions, Hospital KDMs/KOLs * Build market readiness for NPLs regarding to access such as support for new launch listing, SIQ in appropriately if any * Organize Forum/Ad.
