Review and compare existing contract language

Review of executed documents

Support analysis of contract requirements

Support in direct negotiation

Comply with contracting SOP’s

Various ad hoc projects

Support and participate in audits

Partnering with the Account teams; Work cross functionally with other internal departments; Work with product team
