Develop and implement innovative internal and external access platforms to support business delivery
Collaborate NCS insight and unmet needs to explore collaboration opportunity
Build foundation of medical affairs and clinical research department’s NCS KOL
Develop platform of medical affairs and clinical research department to build foundation
Design and execute NCS innovative projects through working with cross-function teams to ensure achievement of project KPI
Design and execute internal platform to engage and drive team target alignment
training and knowledge development
Integrate internal data and business analysis insights to support strategic landing and business delivery
Ensures compliance with finance and budgeting practices
and manage budget within agreed limits
