_**_JOB PURPOSE:_**_ Develop and implement innovative internal and external access platforms to support business delivery _**_KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:_**_ Innovative Platform development and implementation • Collaborate NCS insight and unmet needs to explore collaboration opportunity • Build foundation of medical affairs and clinical research department’s NCS KOL • Develop platform of medical affairs and clinical research department to build foundation • Design and execute NCS innovative projects through working with cross-function teams to ensure achievement of project KPI • Design and execute internal platform to engage and drive team target alignment, training and knowledge development • Integrate internal data and business analysis insights to support strategic landing and business delivery • Ensures compliance with finance and budgeting practices, and manage budget within agreed limits _**_JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:_**_ Education & Experience: • Minimum bachelor’s degree • At least 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or consulting firm with extensive health care experience • Experience in multinational company is must Core competencies: • Good level of English language (spoken/written) • Proactive and independent attitude • Strong analytical skills and learning agility • Excellent project management skills • Good teamwork and cross-functional capability # Pursue _progress_ , discover _extraordinary_ Better is out there.
