What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree or above, >10 years’ MA experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, nutrition or related industry or payer organization, Fundamental knowledges about the China health care system and national payer insights etc., cross-functional project management skills, Manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholders, business acumen, strategic and innovative thinking, clear logic and analytical skills, Quick learner, Excellent communication & presentation skills (English and Chinese, both oral and written)

Nice to Have

major on pharmacy, Health Economics, Public Health, Medicine is preferred, MBA / MPA is plus, experience as BU MA head is plus, Proven success in leading cross-functional team activities, Bidding management experience is plus

What You'll Do.

Develop division overall market access proposition

Develop payer and market access strategy

Analyze policy insights and build action plans

Lead NRDL strategy building

Lead NEDL strategy building

Drive new initiatives of payer program

Drive DRG&DIP strategy

Design regional market access project

Monitor government and payer policies

Lead division internal team and coordinate with GA team

Build China MA market access capability

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

collaborating with GA, RA, Medical Affairs, sales and marketing, KA, Commercial etc.; organize cross functional taskforce; Co work with brand team; Cooperate with Association; establish regular taskforce including sales & marketing, KA; engagement of Key provincial stakeholders; coordinate with GA team; coordinate with corporate GA team; coordinate with public affaire team

Communication Scope

Excellent communication & presentation skills (English and Chinese, both oral and written)

Process & Methodology

cross-functional project management skills, play the role PMO to ensure the quality of implementation, Regional market access project design
