## Responsibilities – City Expert Communicate with internal teams and external partners to support project goals Create city-level transit data policies based on local market needs and regulations Identify user expectations, data gaps, and transit-related issues Improve transit data models using local knowledge of transportation systems Validate and review updated transit data Edit and maintain different types of transit data Resolve complex mapping and transit data issues Support Program Managers in communication with data providers and partners Conduct field research to verify transit information and user issues Support outage and alert management for assigned cities Manage city-specific data pipelines using internal platforms and basic programming skills ## Responsibilities – Country Expert Create country-specific guideline documents for operations teams Provide local expertise for mapping policies and regional regulations Support mapping operations with knowledge of traffic laws, landmarks, and political mapping formats Review and troubleshoot mapping and operational issues Act as a point of contact for country-specific mapping questions Perform quality audits and identify operational errors Review imported mapping data before system integration Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct political and regional formats are applied ## Requirements 1–3 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Good communication skills in English and local language Tech-savvy with basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, C#, or C++) Familiarity with GIS or mapping tools Strong knowledge of local transit systems, traffic laws, and landmarks Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail
