What You'll Do.
Ensure daily Pre-Shift inspections and frequency checks are completed accurately and conduct planned inspection audits on each shift.

Coordinate and assign job responsibility for team members on a daily basis.
Maintain open communication and provide continued support to other departments regarding any changes
Provide feedback and recommendations to the supervisor regarding team member performance and training needs.
