Must Have
Bachelor’s degree from four year college or or five to ten years related experience and/or or equivalent combination of education and experience., Computer Skills: proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Outlook., Demonstrated proficiency in the use of precision measuring tools including tape measures, scales, vernier calipers, datamytes, etc.
Nice to Have
PDCA/8D/5 why knowledge a plus, Metal Finish and “A” class experience a plus

Train and oversee quality auditors on standards

Enforce plant safety conduct safety talks and ensure compliance
Lead shift startup/review routines (attendance

Communicate and document quality issues through meetings
