Review quality alerts and issues on Quick Issue Detection Sheet (QID)
Review quality documentation daily for accuracy
Place fixture lineside
Inspect product to requirements defined on quality documentation
and Stoning of Class A surfaces
Dimensional & SPC inspection
Communicate all quality issues with product
Record all inspection and quality issues
Ensure quality issues found during the shift is communicated
Follow and enforce all plant safety rules and policies
Follows and supports and Magna’s operating principles

Team & Collaboration
cross-functional coordination; Communicate all quality issues with product to Quality Control Supervisor, and Area Team Leader/ Supervisor.; Ensure quality issues found during the shift is communicated to Quality Control Supervisor and next shift QC Auditor at end of shift.
