Bilingual, Previous experience training or teaching, Previous experience with basic hand tools, Understanding of JD Edwards System, Understanding of Truck Builder, Previous experience with Pierce electrical systems, Electrical experience programming knowledge, Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Hydraulic system knowledge, Plumbing knowledge, Experience viewing 3D models, Operate foam systems, Operate CAFS system, Operate flow meters, Operate electrical valves, Operate dump chute
What You'll Do.
Teach installation of special systems
Teach troubleshooting of special systems
Teach operation of special systems
Provide training on assembly/disassembly
Provide training on safe task performance
Provide other team member training
Communicate information positively
Maintain safety awareness
Assist with creation of training curriculum
Assist with creation of training materials
Conduct training in classroom
Conduct training hands on
Assist with creation of work instructions
Assist with updating work instructions
Assist with creation of standard operating procedures
Assist with updating standard operating procedures
Reinstall all parts removed during training
Provide build feedback
Provide process feedback
Assist in development of long-term manufacturing build processes
Provide support for pump-build process
Provide training for pump-build process
Demonstrate use of Pierce Truck Builder
Demonstrate leverage of Pierce Truck Builder
Demonstrate research of Pierce Truck Builder
Demonstrate use of JDE2
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office
Read a ruler to 1/32 inch
Assist with maintaining training records
Maintain clean work environment
