What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or another related technical field, minimum of 2 years of test engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, Experience operating in an electronics manufacturing facility with strict adherence to ISO 9001 processes and procedures, foundational skills in software development with Python, C/C++, or related languages, Experience developing for one or more of Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android, or Bare metal environments, Demonstrated experience in wireless/networking or an electronics manufacturing environment, Proficient with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers, U. S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, Ability to work 100% on-site, Ability to travel extensively to Los Angeles for training during the initial months of the role

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices in an electronics manufacturing environment, Demonstrated experience developing software for automated test equipment (ATE) in an electronics manufacturing environment, Skilled in the use of containerization and deployment tools like Docker or Nginx, Acquainted with mesh networking, data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills, oral and written communication skills, Ability to work in a team environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions, Experience in troubleshooting PCBA down to the component level

Design and implement comprehensive test plans

Design and implement logging and log analysis tools

Take ownership of production test station design

Collaborate with RF and systems engineering teams

Partner with engineering and quality teams

Work closely with the software development team

Performs advanced failure analysis
